3. Property Visits

4. Negotiation
If you wish to position yourself on one of the visited properties, your agency writes a purchase offer or a purchase proposal which is the document including the acquisition amount that you wish to propose to the seller as well as the conditions (bank financing, planning permission, etc...). If the proposal is accepted by the seller, a sales agreement/promise of sale is prepared with the notary(ies).

We also take meter readings for water and electricity so that you can transfer the utilities to your name. Once again, we are here to guide you through every step of the process.
Together, we proceed to the notary's office, where the notary will review the details outlined in the sales agreement, verifying that everything is in place for signing and that all conditions have been fulfilled. The final deed is then signed, and the keys are handed over to you. The notary takes care of paying the agency fees. Congratulations!
